Darryl replaced a 20 year old wooden balcony deck which was beginning to show signs of rot. He came highly recommended by two of my neighbors. He gave me a very reasonable quote for the whole project and estimated timeline. He plans meticulously and keeps the worksite incredibly tidy. The new deck is top quality wood, has been stained with marine grade varnish, screws are all stainless steel. I am discussing several other projects with him and I value his insight into what may or may not work. He is very conscientious about being in your home and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He understands what needs to be done, communicates well and is observant, and makes suggestions which I find very helpful. He has recently done several jobs for me and his work is to a very high standard. He is organised and neat and clears up afterwards. He has also taken replaced items away for disposal. He is professional and friendly - and has been patient and kind when my dogs greet him.
